When will I get my results?

Certification results are typically delivered within one week of Aalstec's receipt of both payment and your sample labels, however certification time can vary depending on demand. Attempts are processed in the order they are received. There are no exceptions to this rule. If your certification attempt is not successful, additional attempts may be required.

How do I pay for certification?

Payment is made by credit card after registration. Payment may also be made via wire transfer, however additional processing fees apply to this method. Once you have registered for a certification program you will receive an email with pricing and payment information. Our credit card processor is PayPal. Payment can submitted on our label certification payments page.

How much does certification cost?

Certification costs vary based on the number of formats that require certification, as well as which OEM you are producing labels for. Once you register for a certification program you will receive an email with pricing information specific to your requirements.

Do my labels need to be certified?

If your customer requires label certification, then each of your ship-from locations must submit samples to be certified. It is not sufficient for one location such as a head office to represent all ship-from locations.
